Dr Anna Dalton welcomes patients from all walks of life at any stage of the fertility journey. Her practice is a safe space for you to discuss your concerns, ask your questions, and seek clarity about your condition or treatment.
Please ensure you have the following ready for your first appointment:
Your referral will ensure you can receive Medicare support for your consultation and/or treatment where applicable, for Medicare-eligible patients. This referral, along with your medical reports and results, can be sent to Dr Anna’s rooms ahead of your appointment using the details below:
Fax: 02 5154 2210
Email: reception@drannadalton.com.au
Post: Suite 9, 2 King St, Deakin ACT 2600.
For patients who require an urgent fertility specialist appointment, such as to discuss fertility preservation prior to medical treatment, please call on 02 5154 2211.
Dr Anna’s fertility clinic is a private billing clinic, meaning there will be a gap fee payable for your consultation after the Medicare rebate has been applied. This fee is payable at the end of your appointment. Second opinion consultations are currently bulk-billed for all patients with a GP referral who can provide existing records from their previous fertility specialist.
Where relevant, Medicare rebates will be applied to your fertility treatment. The expected out-of-pocket costs will be discussed with you ahead of proceeding with your treatment. Dr Anna provides fertility treatment through Genea Fertility, whose current treatment costs for ACT can be found here.
Though circumstances can unexpectedly change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be advised that changes to your appointment within 24 hours attract a fee of $50. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in a fee of $100.
Dr Anna Dalton’s rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor of 2 King St, Deakin, ACT. Parking is available directly across from the clinic on King St, as well as on surrounding streets or in a Wilson paid parking lot at 1 King St.
